Cross the bridge, then walk along the quay side to the Princess of Wales bridge and continue to the Tees Barrage.
Now follow the Teesdale Way beside the river to the Newport Bridge.
Take the steps up to the bridge and cross it.
Now return to the Barrage via the Teesdale Way beside the river.
